You are receiving this notification because you have been invited to attend our wedding. We are taking precautions to protect our guests from COVID-19 infection.
Symptoms of COVID-19 infection include high temperature, fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, body aches, sore or scratchy throat, headache, runny nose, muscle pain, vomiting, nausea, diarrhoea, or loss of smell or taste.
If you have any of the above symptoms you should get tested and self-isolate. Do not attend the wedding unless you receive a negative result.

If you have been to any of the locations listed while they were considered high-risk, follow the guidelines.
On arrival at the wedding you will be invited to register using the Service NSW App. This will make it easier to contact you in case someone else at the wedding is later found to have been COVID-19 positive. This record will not be used for any other purpose and will be destroyed after 28 days. Please advise an usher or the celebrant if you are unable to register electronically.
